How Do I Make Payment
You can make your payment through the client portal. Just open your invoice and choose your preferred option, either card payment or bank transfer. Once the payment goes through, your invoice updates automatically and you’ll receive a confirmation.
When WIll MY Account Be Ready After Payment?
Your account is usually ready almost immediately after your payment is confirmed. In most cases, the setup completes within a few minutes. If there’s any delay, it’s usually because the payment is still processing, but we’ll notify you as soon as everything is active.
Why do My Emails End Up In the Spam Folder
Emails sometimes land in the spam folder when the receiving mail server isn’t fully confident about where the message is coming from. This usually happens if your domain doesn’t have proper records like SPF, DKIM or DMARC set up, or if your sending history is still new.
